Over 200 children kicked off football season at Sacred
Heart with the "Greatest Tale Ever Told Tailgate Party" on
Sept. 18. The students at left are showing the mural they
produced as part of a team, to tell what the Bible means
to them

Rosemarie Pfeiffer (above) and Karla Bellinger teamed
up to lead parents and kids from PSR, the parish day
school, and home schools in the "tailgate party." Teams
like that headed by Ann Marie Rininger (below) and Mickey
McMillan (top) prepared paper murals to present Bible
themes to the whole crowd (Zack Budincsak, below with
mural). The tailgate food, bottom, was manned by Dennis
Cooper, Bill Leahy and Keith Serfass.
